Do you offer financing?

We do not currently offer in house financing other than layaway. However, we do accept all types of credit cards.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, we offer layaway with 1/3 down and monthly payments over 90 days to pay the remaining balance. If you cancel your layaway or do not finish your payments within the allotted time, you will receive store credit for the amount paid, to be used within one year of the original layaway date. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for seasonal merchandise or large items.

Can I use layaway with an online order?

Layaway is only available for items purchased in the store.

What forms of payment to you accept?

We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver within a 3-hour radius of our store. Please see our delivery policy for specifics.

Is your delivery fee per item or per order?

Our delivery fees are per order, not per item.

Will you assemble my furniture when it’s delivered?

Yes, we will assemble furniture in your home when we deliver it. Furniture that is shipped may require customer assembly.

Will you remove my old furniture?

If we are delivering merchandise with a value of over $750 we will be happy to remove the existing furniture provided previous arrangements have been made. We cannot guarantee removal without prior arrangements.

What should I do to prepare for delivery?

  • Please clear the outdoor walkway if necessary.
  • Please make space for your new furniture by removing existing furniture from the room.
  • Please remove any breakable items from the delivery path.
  • Please make sure pets are secured in your home as the door may be opened for an extended period of time during delivery.
  • Please be available by phone during your scheduled delivery time in case our delivery team has questions or will be delayed.

Do you ship the items on your website?

The items on our website are available for delivery in our delivery area, but we do not currently offer shipping beyond that area. If you would like to shop from our entire inventory line-up, please make arrangements to visit our store.

Do I have to pay sales tax on online orders?

Yes. Precious Cargo collects sales tax on all orders.

Do you accept furniture on consignment?

We do NOT accept furniture on consignment. In some cases, we do buy quality pre-owned furniture outright. If you would like us to consider buying your furniture, you must email clear pictures of your items to cargo456@gmail.com and let us know how much you would like for the items and if you would like cash or store credit. We do not select all items for purchase.

Does your furniture come with a warranty?

A one year manufacturer’s warranty comes with all our new furniture. For more specifics on warranties, please ask at our store when purchasing a particular item.

Where can I find dimensions of your furniture?

Dimensions are located on our website for any items that are eligible for shipping. For all other items, please call our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you offer custom ordering on furniture?

Yes. Many of our items can be custom order in various fabrics and styles. However, custom ordering is not available for online orders and instead, must be done in our store.

What furniture manufacturers do you carry?

We carry furniture from Fusion, Klaussner, Standard, Jofran, International Furniture Direct, Coast to Coast, Coaster, Surya, Stylecraft, Simmons, Serta, Golden Mattress and many more. If you see something you’d like to order from one of these manufacturers, please let us know and we may be able to help you.
