General Return Policy

At Precious Cargo, we do our best to keep our inventory current and our merchandise affordable. Therefore, all sales are final. Returns for store credit may only be made under the following circumstances:

In Store Sales

All purchases made in our showroom are final, unless a pre-authorization for return is given by management at the time of purchase. If a pre-authorization is given, the customer will have 48 hours to return the merchandise, in “like new” condition, to Precious Cargo for store credit ONLY, less a 10% restocking fee. Store credit must be used within one year of the original purchase. Mattresses are NOT eligible for return.

Online Sales

We believe in processing your online order as quickly as possible. Therefore, any cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your purchase. Cancellations made within this time frame will result in a store credit for the full purchase price of the merchandise, to be used within one year of the sale. After 24 hours, cancellations will be treated as returns.

Returns of items purchased online are permitted within 48 hours of delivery if the merchandise was not as expected. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the merchandise in “like new” condition or make arrangements with Precious Cargo for the merchandise to be picked up at the customer’s expense.  After the merchandise has been successfully returned to Precious Cargo, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise purchased, less a 10% re-stocking fee. The original delivery charge will NOT be refunded. To initiate a return, please contact Internet Sales Support at 1-479-444-7300, and they will provide instructions for returning your merchandise.

Delivery

We strive to always offer our customers the best service. Because of that mission, we offer delivery using our own qualified staff. When purchasing your order, you may choose the delivery option and choose a day that works best for you. After we receive your order, we will contact you to either confirm or reschedule the delivery based on location and availability. Please allow up to three weeks for your delivery to be completed.
